About

Sheba — A Vessel of Ancient Wisdom.

For over 16 years, Sheba has helped thousands of people gain clarity, inner peace, emotional awareness, and spiritual insight through intuitive guidance, energy work, and holistic wellness practices. Her purpose is to help others reconnect with themselves, release limiting beliefs, and move forward with confidence, healing, balance, and alignment.

Through her work, she creates a safe and supportive space where people can feel seen, guided, empowered, and spiritually connected on their personal journey.

Her spiritual path has included learning from different spiritual practitioners, teachings, and holistic wellness practices over the years, allowing her to develop a deeper understanding of healing, awareness, energy, and personal transformation.

Her background also includes yoga certification through HYer DYnamics Health Discovery, founded by Dr. Naima Lewis. Her training included breathing exercises, meditation, movement practices, ethics, and practicum work focused on holistic healing and the mind-body-spirit connection.

In addition to spiritual guidance, she has experience working with herbs and essential oils to support the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Her work has been rooted in serving and supporting the Atlanta community through healing, awareness, and transformational practices.
